Here is my stylized version of the Dick Tracy comic. My insperation for the image was a photo series by Andy Warhol. The image has a vector base, with an overlay in of noise layered in using Photoshop.[ on my Blog ]

i like the noise filters I'm into the whole "More Dusty Than Digital" thing. but losing some of the facial detail gives it an apish look but maybe that's just me.
